Versatile Base Formulations
We maintain a portfolio of proven base formulations across a range of commonly used elastomers, including EPDM, NBR, HNBR, PVC/NBR, CSM, and Natural rubber (NR).
These compounds provide a reliable starting point for many applications and can be tailored to achieve specific mechanical properties, chemical resistance or environmental performance.
EPDM
Excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, heat and water. Commonly used for sealing and outdoor applications.
NBR
A synthetic rubber valued for it’s oil and fuel resistance, widely used in hoses, seals and industrial components.
HNBR
A high performance nitrile offering improved heat resistance, strength and chemical stability.
PVC/NBR
A blend combining oil resistance with improved abrasion and flame resistance, often used in hose coverings.
CSM
A durable elastomer with excellent chemical, ozone and UV resistance for demanding environments.
Natural Rubber (NR)

We manufacture peroxide cure silicone In-House, giving customers greater control, consistency and flexibility. In-house production allows formulations to be tailored to specific performance requirements while maintaining strict quality control, full traceability and responsive lead times.
