Rubber Compounding
Development and production Scalability
Tailored Rubber Compounding for Superior Performance
We understand that high-performance rubber products start with the right compound. Our in-house mixing capability is built around proven, production ready formulations developed from years of experience serving demanding industries. We tailor every batch with consistency, performance, and processability in mind, ensuring clean calendering, controlled shrinkage, and excellent physical properties.
Whether you need a firmer durometer for improved wear resistance, a specific elongation target, or a bespoke surface finish, we deliver precise colour matching and hardness control to suit your product and process.

Specialist Materials & Trusted Partnerships
When projects call for unique chemistry, such as flame-retardant elastomers, conductive compounds, or advanced chemical-resistant materials, we work with a network of audited UK partners. This ensures consistent quality, traceability, and continuity of supply, without compromise.

Quality & Control
Every batch is produced under ISO 9001 quality management with full material traceability. We use rigorously controlled processes to maintain uniform dispersion, stable processing characteristics, and repeatable performance.
We maintain a portfolio of reliable base recipes across a wide range of polymers, including EPDM, NBR, HNBR, FKM, polyurethane, and silicone systems. These formulations offer an excellent starting point for most applications and can be adapted to meet specific mechanical, chemical, or environmental requirements.,
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a durable synthetic rubber used for sealing and weatherproofing in construction and automotive applications.
Nitrile rubber (NBR) is an oil-resistant synthetic rubber which is commonly used in the automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors, as well as for disposable gloves and various moulded goods.
HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber) is a synthetic rubber offering greater strength and chemical resistance than standard nitrile rubber. HNBR is widely used in automotive and oil industries.
FKM stands for fluoroelastomer, a synthetic rubber celebrated for its superior resistance to chemicals, oils, and high temperatures. It’s commonly used in seals, gaskets, and hoses
We now manufacture peroxide cure silicone compounds in-house, expanding our silicone processing capability and giving customers greater control, consistency and flexibility.
Producing peroxide silicone internally allows us to tailor formulations to specific performance requirements while maintaining tight quality control, full traceability and responsive lead times, particularly important for technical and demanding applications.
We can supply compounds as uncured sheet, pre-calendered roll, strip, or tailored pre-forms depending on your downstream requirements. Our team is always on hand to support technical, commercial, and production planning questions to ensure you get the right compound, first time, every time.
